昨日は8/9で厄（ヤク）の日。
厄払いを願いながら・・・
高山でも昭和館近くの宮川で、手筒花火が打ち上げられました！
近くで見ると、ど迫力。
思わず見入っちゃいました。  

上水道が普及する前、よくトイレ前に吊るしてあった、昭和レトロな手洗器。
下から手で上に押すと水が出てくるのですが、水の出る量が少なくてね、
と懐かしそうに話すお客様も・・・

こちらは先日「おばあちゃん家を壊すことになったから」と頂いたものの一つ。
今までトイレ前にあるバケツ型の手洗器しか見たことがなかった為、
思わず載せちゃいました！
花柄で素敵♪

今でも何かあった際に近くの川で水を汲んで入れておいて、・・・なんて使えそうですよね(^^)

重い…と思って重さを測ったら約10キロでした。  

  

昨日は町内、しもいち通りの七夕まつり！

本日は残念ながら台風の為中止となりましたが、
遅くまで多くのお客様でにぎわっておりました。
皆様、ご来館ありがとうございました！！  

今日も朝から蒸し暑い一日でしたね。
外にいるだけで汗が湧き出てくるような陽気・・・
こんな日には冷たーいかき氷、食べたいですよね。

倉庫から出てきたオシャレなガラス食器たち❤️
かき氷もおいしさ倍増!?なデザインに思わずテンション上がっちゃいましたヽ(^o^)丿

着々と準備中。イベント盛りだくさん、こうご期待！

ドンとなった花火だきれいだな　空いっぱいに広がった～♪

昨日は高山の花火大会。
夏はやっぱり浴衣に花火、ですね（＾＾）

Yesterday was Takayama 's fireworks display.

19時半ごろ　続々と花火見物の方が集まってきてました。
